Direction is a sound and proven program for career development. The aim is to develop quality in work and career from self-guidance. By action, reflection and by mobilizing their imaginative power, participants create their future at work in a harmonious and practical way. They explore, see and feel the choices, make the movement.
Designed for leaders and professionals who want to give direction to their career. They want to explore beyond their known talents and beyond their current work. Developed for people who want to actively explore their talents, values, ideals and the connection between different domains of life, in order to freely make a choice for (new) responsibilities and contexts.
Scope and timeframe
An orientation meeting, 5-8 individual meetings (optional creative career coaching and/or workshop days in a group). Time frame is approximately 3-5 months.
An orientation meeting and a meeting together with the principal serve to discuss and agree upon the context (job, career, organizational developments) and the objectives for the career development program. With mutually agreed objectives, the career development program can start.
Roughly the process steps will then be:
